Josh Podolsky is a member of Tax Deed Closings. He was born and raised in Tampa, and he has practiced law for approximately the past 20 years in commercial real estate. He is a partner in the Tampa office of a national law firm and is a licensed title agent with Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund Services, LLC, and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. He has handled numerous quiet title actions and unlawful detainer actions and works regularly with the Tax Deed Closings team and its underwriter in the issuance of tax deed closing certificates.
