Josh Podolsky is co-owner and Manager Member of Tax Deed Closings, LLC. He was born and raised in Tampa, where he has practiced law for more than 20 years, with an emphasis on commercial real estate. He is a partner in the Tampa office of a national law firm and is a licensed title agent with several major title underwriters, including Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund Services, LLC, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. Josh handles the filing of quiet title and unlawful detainer actions for our tax deed clients when required, as well as provides other related legal representation, when needed.  He oversees the review of every tax deed certification file and works with title underwriters concerning the issuance of Tax Deed Search Certificates.
