Tax Deed Closings, LLC, charges an initial review fee of $950, which is due at the time you place your order.  For the convenience of our investors, we allow payment by credit card, with no additional surcharge added.  Once the review is complete, if the property qualifies for the issuance of a Tax Deed Search Certificate, the additional fee of $1,550 for issuance of the Certificate will be requested, for a total of $2,500. Volume discounts are available, starting with as little as 2 properties in a 30 day period.  The Tax Deed Search Certificate is good for 1 year from the date of issuance, giving you plenty of time to obtain a buyer for your property.
