  • TAX DEED SEARCH CERTIFICATE IS ISSUED

    Upon qualification of your property, the Tax Deed Search Certificate will be issued and sent directly to you for immediate use by the title professional handling your closing.  The Tax Deed Search Certificate will be honored by any agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and its partner, Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, for issuance of a full title policy, no quite title action required.
